Rehabilitation of Ukrainian soldiers is an extremely important joint task! And we are very pleased that foreign partners of our center are joining this process.
In particular, French neurosurgeon Emmanuel Chabert, a volunteer of the Agir Ensemble Pour l’Ukraine charity organization, visited Uzhhorod as part of a government delegation. And recently, an experienced doctor together with fellow philanthropists delivered medical equipment for the needs of Mizhhirya Hospital.
At the meeting, the leadership and the delegation from the EU discussed the possibility of France joining the construction of a regional rehabilitation center, and agreed to promote ties between French universities and the Uzhhorod National University, because with the beginning of the Great War, the demand for medical specialists increased significantly. A number of other important international initiatives were also agreed upon.
